• You must be signed in with a verified email address.
• Anonymous reviews are not allowed.
• You may keep one active review per dealership. Updates replace your previous active review for that dealer.

• Focus on your purchase, service, parts, or sales experience.
• Be specific about timelines, communication, and outcomes.
• Do not post private documents, invoices, or other evidence on the public review. Evidence stays private for moderation only.

Reviews that include threats, hate, doxxing, spam, or clear conflicts of interest may be removed through moderation. Rating totals and moderation status are managed by the platform—not by client-supplied values.
