Be respectful
Debate the experience, not the person. Harassment, discrimination, and personal attacks are not welcome.
Be accurate
Share experiences you actually had with a dealership. Do not impersonate staff, invent transactions, or manipulate ratings.
Respect roles
- Customers cannot grant themselves moderator or admin access.
- Dealers cannot publish listings or ownership claims without administrative approval.
- Sensitive profile changes require review before they appear publicly.
