Great buying and support experience
Was initially looking at buying a r10 rippa, but after more research I was a little worried about the after sales support and reliability on the Rippa side, and also wanted real pilot controls (the r10 uses direct linkage next to the seat - not actual low pressure pilot controls). I saw a lot of positive feedback on the Huayee Dealer models, and I saw the Energy Power Systems team respond to all the issues on the Huayee facebook group very quickly which gave me a lot of confidence. I ordered the machine on Monday, Received it that Sunday (shipped from Georgia to Texas). Before I even received the machine Erik - the service tech - hopped on a 30+ minute call to talk me through the maintenance process, and answer a bunch of questions I had. When the machine arrived the driver helped me drive the machine off the trailer and I went straight to digging. The machine has been fantastic. The few small hickups I had so far (mainly just a clogged carb yet from old fuel I put in it) - within minutes Erik the their tech was on the phone with me troubleshooting the issue. So happy I purchased from them, and would highly recommend them to others.
